Terms of Service

Last updated April 4, 2026.

Service scope

PropCaddy provides software tools, document generation, and workflow guidance for homeowners navigating property-tax protests and exemptions. The product does not act as a law firm, does not guarantee a valuation outcome, and does not automatically file with a county unless that action is explicitly stated in the product.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing generated documents, confirming county deadlines, and making sure the filing information you submit is accurate. If you use an e-signature or generated form, you confirm that the information provided is yours to submit.

No guarantee of savings

Savings estimates, scorecards, and recommended next steps are informational and depend on public data, user-provided details, and county behavior. They are not guarantees of reduced assessed value, lower taxes, or filing acceptance.

Support

Questions about the service can be sent to support@propcaddy.com. Continued use of the product means you agree to these terms and any updates posted here.
