What we collect
PropCaddy stores the information needed to help homeowners review, prepare, and track property-tax filings. That can include your account information, property identifiers, county filing details, uploaded evidence, generated forms, and support messages.
How we use it
We use this data to prefill forms, generate evidence packets, power workflow progress inside the app, and communicate about your filing. We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers to host files, analytics, authentication, and support systems that keep the product running.
Documents and signatures
If you upload evidence or create forms inside PropCaddy, those materials are stored so you can reopen them later. Electronic signatures are stored only to support document preparation and filing workflows you initiate.
Your choices
You can request account help or deletion support by emailing support@propcaddy.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
